While most IT support and services can be delivered remotely through the use of the internet and specialized applications, there are times when an onsite technician is required. This can range from hardware installation and repair to training and support.

Once our remote support team has determined that an onsite technician is required, we will schedule a suitable time for an onsite visit. Once there, our technicians will perform the necessary tasks to resolve the outstanding issues identified.
